She’s ill informed. A government that implements a genocide doesn’t do it without the approval of its society. The 2state solution is and has always been non-viable because ethno-states aren’t compatible with equality or democracy. Especially since the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians was implemented to create an ethno-state.
