@footballfanpage886: 🚨BREAKING: Erling Haaland blames after Man City’s 4:2 humiliation against PSG 😳 🎙️Reporter: Erling, what went wrong for Manchester City tonight against PSG? 🗣️Haaland: Honestly, I think Enzo Fernández has to take some of the blame. He’s a good player, but I don’t think he’s the kind of midfielder Manchester City needs right now. We lost Rodri and Bernardo Silva last summer, and I expected the club to bring in players who could match their level, not someone who still has a lot to prove in that role. 🎙️Reporter: Are you saying Enzo isn’t good enough to play in Manchester City’s midfield? 🗣️Haaland: I’m saying there’s a difference between being a good player and being good enough for Manchester City. Rodri and Bernardo knew how to control games, create chances and dictate the tempo. With all due respect to Enzo, I don’t think he offers that same level of creativity and control. We cannot pretend we haven’t lost quality in midfield. 🎙️Reporter: Do you blame the club for bringing him in? 🗣️Haaland: I blame the decisions that have left us in this position. When you allow players like Rodri and Bernardo Silva to leave, you must replace them with players who can maintain the same standards. Tonight, PSG exposed our weaknesses, and we cannot keep making excuses. 🎙️Reporter: Do you believe Manchester City can compete for the biggest trophies with this midfield? 🗣️Haaland: Not if we continue playing like this. We need midfielders who can control games against Europe’s best teams. At Manchester City, the expectations are different, and nobody should be protected from criticism just because they cost a lot of money. 🎙️Reporter: Do you think Enzo Fernández is the right player for this project? 🗣️Haaland: That’s a question the club needs to answer. But if you’re asking me whether we’ve replaced Rodri and Bernardo Silva with players who bring the same quality, I think tonight’s performance speaks for itself.
