@julieanderson24: Full transparancy...the authori is my brother! But, I have read this book and have started applying this technique and I love it! Hear it straight from his heart on his take on this book. "Measured Means: How Biblical Wisdom Builds People Without Breaking Them The book asks a practical question for anyone entrusted with the formation of others: How can we guide and correct people in ways that cultivate growth rather than merely demand compliance? Drawing from the agricultural parable in Isaiah 28, along with practical leadership experience, student formation, and psychology, Measured Means offers the FIELD framework for leaders, educators, pastors, and parents: Form the Soil Identify the Season Establish the Row Lightly and Locally Correct Deliver the Harvest My hope is that it will encourage those with power to use authority that doesn’t trample." #measuredmeans #trampledunderboot www.trampledunderboot.org ####
