I was there. The event organizer doesnt allowed to take vid while photo op session even it's not our turn. They kept saying that. Until at 1 point joong took the floor manager's mic and told us 'just take video'. He's so kind 😭

This feels so cathartic to watch because these event staff can either be amazing or absolute vultures ruining the whole thing. How many times I have heard how fans love the celebrity but leave in tears because of the staff ruining the whole experience. And then the celebrity wonders why less fans show up to certain events if it’s the same organizers. Joong is amazing. This was perfection
