You should def try again imo I wasn't like in love w the movie but I thought it was relatively similar to the book. I actually didn't care too much abt the romance, but the scenes with her sisters and Mr Collin's were actually so good (and there were a couple scenes with Darcy that I also really liked). I think if you expect it to be purely a romance it takes away from the story because for me the highlight wasn't romance, yk?

You honestly might hate it, which is devastating because I love it and have no one to yap about it with 🥀 my mother refuses to watch it, preferring the BBC show. Who knows though, you might actually like it now! I can’t make the decision for you, but if you do watch it, film your reaction? Maybe? I’d love to see it, regardless of final opinion. Omg I’m not being helpful I’m so sorry. I’ve rewatched things I’ve hated in the past, and came to love them sooooo 👀
