They have signs up all over that area about four tall and four foot wide explaining the new ordnance, The reason why they didn't want people feeding the dogs is that we have a large amount of stray dogs in that area and they are trying to catch them in humane live traps using food for bait so they can catch them so they want to have it where the dog's go to the traps for food. Please don't get this wrong I Love Animals!!!! But this is much better than the first idea the city of Sylacauga council came up with, If you want to talk about sick, it involved a landscaping company and pew pews, look it up it was on the news. 😳

The GBHS is trying to get the dogs to go to feeding stations that they've set up to capture them. I know its hard not to feed them because I love animals, but I understand why they've made the law.
