When the child’s mother became seriously ill and was admitted to hospital, her father took his daughter into his home, where you would expect her to feel safe, loved and welcomed. Instead, his wife treated the little girl so badly that she was made to sleep on the landing floor, even though there was a spare room she could have slept in. 😢💔 How can you treat an innocent child like that? None of this is the child’s fault. She did not choose the circumstances of her birth, and she should never be made to feel unwanted or punished for something beyond her control. If you choose to marry someone who already has a child, that child is part of the package. You do not have to be their biological mother to show them kindness, compassion and respect.
