@eyyzeus: Our beautiful warrior princess, Angel, crossed the rainbow bridge on her own terms last night, right on our bed where she felt safest. 💔 She dug her way into our lives 17 years ago and became my wife’s absolute soul dog, a fierce protector to her brothers Spunky and Zeus and Ziggy, and a guardian angel to our whole family. She fought so hard until her very last breath, standing up to wag her tail one last time for her mama before passing peacefully in her arms. True to her unstoppable diva spirit, she even sent us a sign right after she passed flickering our bedroom light like a slow heartbeat and popping our closed bedroom door wide open, proving that not even heaven can hold her back from checking on us.
