![Tokyo’s 50-year-old coffee shop, Pinocchio. Their freshly made hotcakes are the most popular item, prepared from batter the moment you order. 🥞 The combination is simple—just butter and maple syrup—but somehow the flavor lingers in your memory, perhaps thanks to the grandfather’s touch. The pancakes are cooked until the outside turns nicely crisp while the inside stays soft and fluffy. Even during busy hours, the staff welcomed guests warmly and served with great care, which made the visit feel especially heartwarming.
