For so long, I thought that if I could just achieve my dream physique, I’d finally feel happy. Fulfilled. Enough. I was constantly chasing something. Something that had once been such a huge part of my life had become something I couldn’t even bring myself to face. I stepped away from the gym, from social media, and honestly, from an identity I had spent years building. There was a time when I genuinely believed I would never come back to any of it. But what I didn’t realize then was that sometimes the things we think are falling apart are actually making room for us to grow in ways we never knew we needed.
