@kekemphuthi: A flavorful Surf & Turf 🥩x🍤 Avo Sauce: 1/2 avocado 🥑 Spoon of oil infused garlic cloves & spoon of the oil (but best if the garlics were cooked in the olive😉) 2 spoons of Greek yoghurt 1/2 cup of coriander 🌿 1/5 of lemon juice 🍋 Black pepper Instructions : Blend everything till it’s nice n cream …if you wish add a bit vegetable spice to give a young flavour to it for your 20min air fried asparagus and carrots 🥕 Prawns ingredients: Prawns 🦐 Chopped garlic 🧄 Stick of Butter 🧈 20ml Lemon 🍋 Juice 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon of paprika Black pepper Salt / vegetable spice Instructions: Saute butter and garlic til fragrant. Add prawns and let cook for 3 minutes . Add lemon juice n mustard n further cook for 2 minutes. Once done add cream and black pepper n spice as a final step n let it simmer for 2 minutes until it’s saucy n a bit thick . (Quick tip I used double thick cream along with pouring cream ) works best for me 😅 Lamb/Beef Marinade in mint leaves,extra virgin olive oil,barbecue seasoning/spoonful)salt n pepper then fry in a bit more olive oil ( if recommend a non stick pan to get the full flavour of the protein). Creamy Mash potatoes 🥔: Is simply butter,aromat, Italian herbs and pouring cream. Once soft n cooked . This meal was very heart & tasty and so light on the stomach.
