@football_news857: 🚨 Sergio Ramos urges Mourinho to drop Real Madrid’s big names and trust players who can change games: 🗣️“Mourinho needs to stop being afraid of benching the big names at this club. Nobody should be guaranteed a starting place because of their reputation. If you are not performing, you should sit on the bench. “Look at Arda Güler. The guy came on and changed the entire game. That is what happens when you give hungry players an opportunity to prove themselves. “Mourinho is risking his job by continuing to depend on big names who are not delivering when the team needs them most. “I remember when he managed Cristiano Ronaldo. That was a different situation because Cristiano had the mentality, discipline, and hunger to deliver consistently. “Players today cannot all be treated the same way. Some have the talent, but they don't have that mentality to fight for the badge when things get difficult. “Real Madrid is bigger than any individual player. Mourinho needs to understand that before it's too late. “If Arda Güler can come off the bench and make that kind of difference, then why should anyone be untouchable? “The manager has to make difficult decisions, even if those decisions upset the biggest stars in the dressing room. “You cannot build a winning team by rewarding reputations instead of performances. Football doesn't work that way. “The fans want to see players who fight, take risks, and change games, not players who believe their names alone are enough. “Mourinho has the experience to recognise what is happening, but he needs to act before the situation gets out of control. “If he continues down this road, he could lose the dressing room, lose the fans, and ultimately lose his job. At Real Madrid, nobody is bigger than the club.”#ramos #realmadrid #creatorsearchinsight #footballnews
