@mattconnect: This is Vietnamese food with a twist. @govietlondon serves a modern Vietnamese fusion menu and here's everything we tried: Foie Gras chicken wings £15.90 ⭐ Summer rolls with breaded prawns £10.90 ⭐ Wagyu Beef Pho £21.80 ⭐ Challans Duck Breast £23 Halo Tamarind (mocktail) £6.20 ❌ (too sweet for me!) My favorite is the summer rolls with the breaded prawns- taking the refreshing summer rolls to the next level with a bit of a naughty crunch (if only it had more of that delicious sauce)! The wagyu beef pho was generously sized and the noodles were perfectly bouncy I would have preferred the wagyu to be thinly sliced as it's a bit bitty at the moment. The foie gras chicken wings were so cute succulent and quite decadent ; and that sauce on the challans duck breast, I could mop it up! Would go perfectly with some rice!
