counsel,there is a guy who bought half an acre before marrying and the area later develope to be urban hence valuation increased,,they sired children later wth the wife,,,at some point they separated kabisa and the wife stole the title in the process,,wife was arested and on plea,odpp reguested file for perusal,,,later the outcome was no charges preffered against the woman,,,is it right,,the guy has threaten to do someting hineous,,,
