my one cent: it's no longer an offence or crime when you have the paper 💰 . the law is such way where you create a law with an loop holes ! 😏 My deepest condolences to the family and friends 🙏🏻. I'm seeing a pattern here. even in Singapore, dangerous driving that causes death, the penalty is very low. it's like they're telling us, if u don't like someone, drive in to them.. punishment is only a slap on the wrist.
