@qmpdaily: LONG BEACH, Calif. – A fiery multi-vehicle crash briefly shut down the southbound 710 Freeway south of Del Amo Boulevard just after 10 p.m. Wednesday. Multiple vehicles were involved in the crash, though it was not immediately clear whether any secondary collisions occurred. Long Beach Fire Department crews responded and extinguished a vehicle fire as all southbound lanes were temporarily closed. No reported injuries. A tow truck operator quickly removed one of the disabled vehicles from the freeway and moved it to a safe location.
