We have a clock that shows the time on the ceiling you could adjust it to the wall or the ceiling that way when you wake up in the middle of the night, you can see the time above your head.

Night shift worker here and do this all the time and if I try to go back to sleep, I feel even worse later. Its not the 9pm crash for me its the 3 or 4am nodes.

I was taking gabapentin for nerve pain it makes me feel like I was confused. I was having panic attacks. I called the doctor and told him that wasn’t taking it and he understood why.

I woke up early to go to my doctor's appointment thinking yeah I'm ahead of schedule. Took off to my appointment got there arround 6 wondering where all the cars and people where. Then I realized it was 6 pm not 6 am.
