We were in Big Bear on October 3rd for Jackie’s memorial and juveniles were out flying around. I did get a picture of one who flew up very close to me while I was on a hike. Brought tears to my eyes. We talked to several locals in the area, and they confirmed that the Sandy and Luna are still in the area. ❤️

When i saw the results I was like she was raising them babies even though her body was fighting for its life. That's what real moms do. She raised them and I know they will make her proud. ❤️

All of this makes me even more grateful for Kaydee coming along for Shadow and seeing the joy she is bringing to so many. It's a miracle that they are healthy. w3 have had so many miracles in the last year despite our broken hearts. RIP fierce Jackie.

she was so very sick but continued up to the last minute to nurture her babies and fought with shadow fiercely protect their home ..you are missed queen.😢

I wonder if the actual infection happened around the time she disappeared for a bit. She instinctively knew to leave the nest. Once the initial infection ran its course, she wouldn’t be contagious, but the damage to her organs was already done.

finding out now how sick she actually was, and yet she still went on raising her babies and getting them ready just proves she really is Queen Jackie. I still miss watching her, but glad she's no longer suffering.
