yes! what you experienced obviously was tremendously painful! But you need to be as hard as it is, strong as hell. you will also need time to heal this wonderful. time will eventually heal , a little at a time all wonds. Maybe not perfectly but efficiently enough to move on from there. And many of us don't really realize how strong we can actually be. You know some times we need to be like solders because sometimes life can become a battlefield that we must walk through for a while. And never stop believing in good people. give it time and "get distracted in anything to get your mind off of the pain". practice this and peace will come for longer periods of time. be with others that have kind hearts as you need that. stay strong my dear woman.
