For the beef: I use 96% lean 4% fat and cook in a pan with butter and onions For the corn I buy frozen and heat it up in a pan with some oil and add salt and pepper I add these and some coleslaw mix into a corn tortilla that I’ve fryied in vegetable oil on the stove. Then top it off with some homemade sauce! For homemade taco sauce: 1/2 cup mayo 1tbsp mustard 1tbsp vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic & onion powder Pinch of salt Let me know if this is a new series I should start!
