Any local can tell you there IS NO DATA because Cornell police will not allow Ithaca police on campus without permission. And Ithaca doesn’t complain because it keeps the crime rates appear far lower than they are here.

I have heard no one talking about helping young boys navigate the decision making process and perhaps when a situation presents itself and consent is given sometimes it’s just better to decline. It’s impossible to forecast what regret and embarrassment will ever turn into so the safe bet is to just avoid scenarios like this
