I recently had a panic attack during the work day that put me in the hospital due to this. In the past year I have taken on three people’s jobs in addition to my own. I have asked management to take something off my plate, they refused. Meanwhile they keep laying off people and buying more stuff afterwards which leads to more being added to my plate. They have also gotten rid of any possibilities of moving up.
