Absolutely 💯 Mine happened to be financial loss—drinking itself is expensive, and then I got a DUI. I lost my license for 9 months, $1100 fine, insurance skyrocketed, court-ordered treatment at my expense (it helped me though), and intoxolock in my car at $200 per month. 6 months sober—it could have been much worse.
