@great.man.u: 🚨💣 Marcus Rashford: “Maybe it was a mistake to come back. They said yes. Now they want me out.” “My agent has informed me about a possible exit. To think I was welcomed back wholeheartedly by the board and the ownership makes this disappointing. Before the transfer deadline I asked, politely, if I was really wanted here. The manager said yes. Now the rumours are becoming reality. The manager might be sacked. Senior players might be asked to leave. Manchester United have made initial contact with Barcelona. They are willing to accept £12.5 million plus £4 million in add-ons. Barcelona want a lower fee. Hansi Flick has praised me before. He has said I fit his system. In recent weeks the possibility of Antonio Conte taking over has become more realistic. He has identified five players he will not work with. He has asked for their exits if he is to accept the job. I came back because I was told I was wanted. Now the club is working to move me on. Maybe it was a mistake.”
