@r2reports: Ukraine resumed bombing Russian oil refineries on October 15, setting a facility southeast of Moscow on fire just as Russian diesel returned to world markets under Trump's deal with Putin. Trump suspended sanctions on Russian diesel through April 2027 and pressed Ukraine to stop hitting the refineries that produce it. Zelensky halted the strikes for three days, but ended the pause after continued Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure and disruptions to U.S. intelligence and Starlink services.
