@thegridz.fx07: There are very few gaming protagonists who can get handed a demon-forged fedora in the middle of a literal apocalypse and immediately turn the underworld into a private Michael Jackson tribute show. While Nero is out there having full-blown existential crises and stressing over family drama, Dante is completely unbothered, catching a spotlight out of nowhere, and hitting a flawless moonwalk like he just booked a world tour. It is unhinged, ridiculously theatrical, and effortlessly cool—which is exactly what makes Dante the undisputed king of style. This scene is such a great reminder of why Devil May Cry hits so differently compared to modern action games. So many modern titles are terrified of being silly, constantly chasing grounded realism and gritty drama. Capcom, on the other hand, just lets their 40-year-old demon hunter dance his heart out with a scarf made of demonic energy simply because it looks awesome. You can practically feel how much fun the dev team and the mocap actor had putting this together, and honestly, gaming needs way more of this pure, unapologetic fun. #DevilMayCry5 #DMC5 #Dante #GamingCommunity #capcom
