I’m fine with Southwest doing whatever they think is best. But value needs to improve like crazy. Charging me the same thing as the other airlines at half the value just has me going to the others. SWA needs to not only charge like the others, but truly look and feel like them then… can’t just cut expenses while increasing revenues, expecting a low net loss in loyalty. I pay for my $99/yr for my SW credit card because a 1 way trip for 4-5 bags is $120-140+. All I need to do is a 1 way trip once a yr to make it worth it…. Before, I’d take roughly 10ish round trips a year. Now, the 9ish other trips go to the other airlines.
