Well HP inflation does exist in endgame modes to an extent but not in overworld. The reason your kirara can't one shot anymore is probably because back in 5.0, genshin increased the max world level from 8 to 9. This means overworld enemies went from from the low 90's to the low 100's, which obviously means more health. I don't blame anyone for not remembering this as it was pretty forgettable since it came with a whole new region to explore

Hp inflation? Baby you just leveled up your world level which made the enemy go 90 to 100 that’s NORMAL. It you want her to os them again lower your world level. Also level 100 is more esthetic than useful
