Thanks for this! I’m 32 and had a hysterectomy but kept ovaries. Should I still be worried about my hormones, osteoporosis and early perimenopause?

And a man should never say “yeah I’m a little hot too” when a woman has a hot flash - it will not end well for you 😂 But seriously, yes to all this. There is just never a time in life when our bodies just chill out and comfortably coast.

Also in perimenopause the stage I’m in you have random cold flashes like a hot flash but opposite it’s bizarre

The anxiety caught me by surprise. I was also going through some difficult times and thought that was why I was feeling so anxious. I tended to worry about things but not to the point of anxiety. I was seeing a counselor and we were doing our annual evaluation, a few months after starting HRT, and realized my anxiety was nearly gone.

this is crazy to learn! I had a full hysterectomy at 26yrs old & went into full blown menopause. a cpl years later I started dealing with chronic pain issues & migraines, and was later diagnosed with Chiari Malformation. I strongly believe that menopause caused my Chiari symptoms to get way worse!

Have you seen the jerk kid on here that made the video about there being no excuse for gaining weight during menopause?!? He says that the rules are the same, and you’re just eating too many calories. 😡 Maybe he needs to understand that these are just SOME of the things that happen to women during menopause, so the rules ARE NOT the same!

I mean, I think everyone needs to know that "labia atrophy" that can happen with the lack of estrogen in menopause. I learned about this in my 30s!

I had a stem cell transplant for stage 4, triple negative breast cancer that metastasized to my lymph nodes at the age of 31 which put me in menopause. I am 60 and still have hot flashes. There are days or weeks or months that I feel like I’m hanging on by a thread.
