Perfecto, pero también sería importante que en su calidad de medios de difusión realizaran reportajes donde los Carabineros de Chile envían oficio al Ministro y Diputados y pasan más de 5 meses sin respuesta. Al parecer debe ser con publicidad o por medio de las redes sociales para tener respuesta. Por último, sus colaboradores que se encargan de difundir sus actos, les informe que existen carabineros que tienen que recurrir a estos medios para que puedan hacer escuchados. Recuerde que su función fue a través de que todos los chilenos lo facultaron

Trick or treat? How about a baking trick. Ripe avocado can be mashed or pureed into a smooth, creamy consistency that blends right into batters—and its mild flavor makes it an easy addition to fall favorites like these spooky Halloween brownies. For many recipes, mashed or pureed avocado can replace an ingredient higher in saturated fat using a 1:1 ratio. Plus, more than 75% of the fat in avocados is unsaturated fat. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats as part of a healthy eating pattern can help support heart health. Avocados are also a good source of fiber, with 3 grams per serving (50 g). A little unexpected? Maybe. Deliciously clever? We think so. Recipe below. Ingredients: 1 large avocado, halved, peeled and pitted 2 large eggs ½ cup unsweetened applesauce ⅓ cup light brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder ⅓ cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda ½ tsp. salt ⅓ cup dark or semisweet chocolate chips ⅓ cup white chocolate chips Candy eyes (garnish) Instructions: Place a rack in the center of your oven and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper so that two sides overhang like handles. In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade, place the avocado, eggs, applesauce, brown sugar, and vanilla. Process until it’s smooth. To the food processor, add the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt. Pulse just until combined. Add the dark or semisweet chocolate chips and pulse a few times to distribute the chocolate chips. Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top is set, and a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownies comes out mostly clean with just a few moist crumbs clinging to it. Place the pan on a wire cooling rack and let the brownies cool for 30 minutes. With the parchment paper handles, lift the brownies from the pan and place them on the rack to cool completely. Cut into 16 squares. Once the brownies are cooled, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave and then transfer to a piping bag. Pipe the webs, ghosts, and mummy shapes onto the tops of the brownies.
