@pubity: This is wild! 🤯 An iceberg collapsed in Ilulissat Icefjord, Greenland, in July and sent a wave rolling toward the boat it was filmed from. The video shows a huge section of the ice wall breaking away and crashing into the water. Moments later, the wave reaches the boat as large chunks of ice rush past its side. “This is the biggest one I’ve ever seen,” someone on board can be heard saying afterward. The fjord sits on Greenland’s west coast, about 155 miles north of the Arctic Circle, and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2004. It is fed by Sermeq Kujalleq, which UNESCO describes as one of the fastest moving and most active glaciers in the world, flowing around 130 feet a day.
