hiiii 👋 I believe this is still out of FTC compliance.. I’ve been researching for my own shirts, and as far as I’ve found.. you need 1) the country of origin (Made in USA) but this needs to actually match your shirt, some shirts in the same batch come from multiple locations.. 2) the fiber content (ie 100% cotton).. and 3) your registered business name including LLC or Inc if applicable.. if you don’t want to use your full business name, you can register for a free RN number on the FTC’s website.. which is what I’m doing and 4) washing instructions … however if there’s another tag staying attached to the shirt with the fabric makeup and washing instructions, I don’t believe you have to also put that on the neck label.. just my research, but I’m scared of doing anything wrong so mine has everything listed above 😅
