not at my house but my mother in laws. we had arrived the day before. my boyfriend and his step dad had gone golfing and his mom was out getting groceries for a family gathering later that night. the kids and I were getting ready to go to the beach in the basement bathroom where we were staying. we heard someone walk across to the upstairs and thought it was my mother in law coming home. we went to help carry in groceries got up stairs and didnt see her. we checked the garage and her car wasn't there. no one was home but both my daughter and I heard someone walk across from one end to the other.

I have heard this in the past. Now in the home we built ten years ago, I will occasionally hear knocking on our walls or on our glass door and it will wake me. Generally I just say or think, “I hear you but I need sleep. If there is a message other than letting me know you are there, please keep it to daylight hours when I have more bandwidth.”

I had one expierience in my first house and i was home alone i heard heavy footsteps up the wood stairs but when i grabbed my bat nothing was there
