I was on that boat . The guy who was 3 seats next to me Lost Both Legs. Five minutes Before the accident occurred I Got up from my seat and went up to the second floor.

Yet, some people haven't learned. Just several months ago, a captain of the ferry allowed a young lady(tourist) inside the cabin, to take a selfie while being "on the wheel". Insane!!
