I’ve paid tithing for nearly 70 years. I can honestly say it’s a joy to live this law. The blessings FAR outweigh the money. I’ve often said, of all the principles of the gospel, tithing is the easiest one to gain a testimony of. Just faithfully obey the law. God will bless you abundantly.

Bayloff :

“We expect to see the day when we will not have to ask you for one dollar of donation for any purpose, except that which you volunteer to give of your own accord because we will have tithes sufficient in the storehouse of the Lord to pay everything that is needful for the advancement of the kingdom of God.” Joseph F Smith, LDS Church President, 1907 General Conference

Luke :

Im so glad I found my way out. Wasn't hard. But I get to choose who my money goes to. I choose to give to specific people that I know 100% could use a little help. Not an organization where I cant see where my money goes. Well, yes the lord's money. The money I give to someone makes my god happy because I help them.

JoeDean :

Love this, so many dont understand tithing. It is about sacrifice and Faith, it has never been about money. The blessings following the will of our Savior Jesus Christ is huge and we learn the Peace and Joy He brings.
