my version says "he goes slower for me. possibly it will get better", she has a lot of bleeding, and goes to her gyno who tells to refrain from those activities and she also has nightmares about the event

They went back and changed it after the backlash from the arcs. I’ve seen three different versions. Honesty they should have just redid this whole scene. All these rewrites are still very much in a grey area. It’s so odd how they refused to address it…other than having a TW of complicated consent and regret. 😩

they said that some of the first print versions of the book were already printed before they made the change so some books still have the old scene. i don’t believe she ever went to the hospital in either version. i think she had just followed up with her gyno later on

i read the arc but it said that she made an appointment to see her doctor to make sure everything was fine, is there a version in which birdie takes her to the hospital?

she did go to the doctor in the latest one I think it’s the one you have but it just mentioned it doesn’t happen on page She just says that the doctor said to refrain from any sexual activities like today remember like when she was struggling to sleep, cause she normally, you know, before going to bed to help her sleep
