There is a very big difference between megabits and megabytes. i can see your Ethernet internet provider is using megabits which will alway lag even if you use 200 Mbps it converts to 25MB/s which is basically slow. So basically even if you use 5 mobile phones giving you megabits it will be still as slow as normal. When buying or installing wifi ask if it is MB/s or Mbps.
