@henrytherealtordudee: The worst rated McDonald’s in America is not in New York or Los Angeles. It is right here in the Valley. A new study by SEO Backlinks ranked McDonald’s locations across the country by Google rating, and the location at one hundred sixty third Avenue in Surprise came in dead last. The numbers are brutal: • About one point five five stars • Roughly seven hundred forty five Google reviews • More than eighty two percent of reviewers gave it just one star • Located west of Loop three zero three in growing Surprise The main complaints are consistent: • Slow drive through service • Incorrect orders • Long wait times • Poor customer experience The next lowest rated McDonald’s in the country, located in Goshen, Indiana, scored almost half a star higher. But here is the twist. On Uber Eats, that same Surprise location has around four stars from more than nine hundred ratings. So either delivery customers are having a completely different experience, or people are much more forgiving when they are not sitting in the drive through line. The highest rated McDonald’s in the Valley is reportedly at Bell Road and Tatum Boulevard. Would you drive across town to Bell and Tatum, or take your chances at the Surprise location?
