Even if there is no threat, never get involved with other people’s business. Men are not automatically vigilantes. Only protect the people you love and are responsible for. All the others are not even worth the time let alone further escalation 🤷‍♂️

I literally said this to my husband yesterday! I said don't let your friend talk about how all women just want money. He said "I've tried talking him out of it.." i interrupted, "don't entertain it! If he starts, hey that may be your experience but that's not mine. Please don't talk about women like that in my house. And if he continues, end the conversation. Say he needs to leave!" It's not enough to try to convince them!

I think you're right. I almost stood by once when a girl was being harassed outside of a bar, there were 4 of us. one of my buddies looked at me and said "aren't you going to do something", and that nudge was enough for me to get in the guy's face. my buddy could tell I wanted to do something. my three friends stood back and watched me handle him while they escorted her into the bar and we waited for her ride to show up.

This starts in 1st grade. Every single boy makes hating the little girls a main pillar of their identities. They gang up on the girls as a group. They enjoy it.
