Nation states adopt infrastructure they trust not to be weaponized against them. The Swift system demonstrated exactly how counterparty control gets used as a geopolitical weapon. XRP has no counterparty. Nobody gets boxed out. That neutrality is the foundational reason for institutional and sovereign adoption.
