@ampmbaseball: Man, I've been going down a Matt Stairs rabbit hole lately, and I swear this dude just keeps getting more interesting 😭 I was looking for some old highlights when I randomly came across footage of 41-year-old Matt Stairs throwing B.J. Upton out at home plate from left field in 2009. BRO. WHAT?! 😂 First of all, why is Matt Stairs even playing left field at 41 years old? Second, of ALL the players he could've thrown out, it was B.J. Upton? One of the fastest dudes in baseball at the time?! I genuinely wouldn't have believed this happened if I hadn't stumbled across the footage myself. And listen, with modern replay, Upton MIGHT have actually been safe. But this was 2009. No replay review to overturn that call. Matt Stairs got him with the CANNON 😭😂

I remember watching ESPN as a kid and Matt Stairs hit a HR in the second deck and the anchor said “MATT STAIRS GOES UPSTAIRS” and I think about it often

SHE DATED HIM FOR OVER THREE YEARS, BUT WHEN SHE BECAME PREGNANT, EVERYTHING CHANGED She believed she was in a relationship with a man who loved her. For more than three years, they had been together, building memories and making plans for their future. But everything reportedly changed when she discovered she was pregnant. According to her account, her boyfriend wanted her to terminate the pregnancy. She refused because she wanted to keep the baby. Then, she says, he invited her to stay with him, perhaps making her believe that things would eventually work out between them. But what happened next was heartbreaking. The woman alleges that her boyfriend put a substance in milk she drank, after which she suffered a miscarriage. She now uses her painful experience to warn others about the importance of being careful in relationships. Her message is simple: Never ignore serious red flags in a relationship, especially when your partner is pressuring you to make a decision about your pregnancy. Someone can be part of your life for three years, five years, or even longer, yet you may not fully understand how they will react when faced with a situation they do not want. Love should never involve threats, coercion, or putting another person's health and safety at risk. If your partner refuses to accept your pregnancy, pressures you to terminate it, threatens you, or makes you fear for your safety, take those warning signs seriously. Seek support from trusted people and qualified professionals rather than putting yourself in a potentially dangerous situation. The biggest lesson is not that everyone you date is dangerous. It is that love should never require you to sacrifice your safety. Sometimes, the person you trust most is the person whose actions you need to examine most carefully. What do you think? Should people pay more attention to how their partners react during difficult situations before making lifelong commitments? Note: The poisoning and miscarriage details are presented as allegations from the woman's account and have not been independently verified.
