Post retreat thoughts: what a beautiful time. Spending all that energy going into my own body had be deeply addressing my caffeine and sugar addictions this weekend and i actually gave up coffee. If you know me you know that’s insane. But i went deeply into my being and sat with myself and in that space i found that i have been treating myself poorly in that area. I love the healing and opening that happens for me at these retreat because of the openness i show up with initially. I hope to forever be learning and growing with you all. Next big retreat looks like it might be at the end of June in 2027! #retreats #wellnessretreat #wellness #retreat #grounding
