@lauradenize0: Moving on doesn’t mean staying silent. I’ve moved on with my life. I’m happy, I’m growing, and I’m building something meaningful. But understanding what happened to me doesn’t mean I’m living in the past. It means I’ve learned from it. And if sharing those lessons helps another woman recognise harmful behaviour, understand her experiences, or feel confident enough to speak up, then it’s a conversation worth having. We don’t silence women to make other people comfortable. We challenge the behaviours that caused the harm. 💜 Let’s Silence the Narcissist Together. Does moving on mean we should stop talking about what happened? #LetsSilenceTheNarcissist #WomenSupportingWomen #NarcissisticAbuseAwareness #CoerciveControl #EmbracingSafetyWithinYou
let's silence the harmful behavior together ❤️😌 profoundly.

healing equals talking about it. people dont understand narcassistic behaviour is not just a break up, it's a complete reprogramming of your brain which has been likened to the brain reprogramming of prisoners of war.

❤️Thank you to everyone who’s watched and supported this conversation.
I’ve been thinking about something. Why do we sometimes expect people to stop talking about difficult experiences simply because they’ve moved forward with their lives?
Surely moving on doesn’t mean we stop learning, understanding or helping others recognise harmful behaviour?
I’m curious, have you ever been told to stop talking about something that had a profound impact on your life? And how did that make you feel?
