Your stainless steel isn’t destroyed - try this cleaning hack pfirst! I fully thought I had wrecked my stainless steel pans. They had all these brown heat stains, oil marks and cloudy patches that I couldn’t get it out with boiling water and dish soap. I tried vinegar and bi-carb and that didn’t work either! So I took a lil’ trip down to Bunnings to get some Bar Keepers Friend (aka my new favourite kitchen cleaner) and 10 minutes later - they looked brand new! Here’s how I did it: 1️⃣ Damp Dampen a cloth or sponge and run some water over your stainless steel pan. 2️⃣ Sprinkle Sprinkle some Bar Keepers Friend over you pan - a light somewhat even coat! 3️⃣ Clean Lightly scrub in a circular motion to clean your pan. Start with the cloth, and if it’s not cleaning so fast, move over to a non-scratch sponge. It’s really important to follow the grain of your pan and only scrub for 30-60 seconds! 4️⃣ Rinse (and repeat?) After scrubbing for 30-60 seconds, rinse off your pan and repeat if needed till your pan is shiny and new! I still can’t believe this before and after and weirdly low-key excited to clean my pans again because it was oh-so satisfying ✨✨ #kitchenhack #cleaningtips #stainlesssteel #homecooking #barkeepersfriend
