Take care of you. Find value in yourself. Your presence, not his. Put you first. Do your hair, paint your nails, shower, shave, use pretty perfume. Journal, get all of your feelings out, it doesn’t have to be perfect, it’s just for you. And work on valuing yourself over him, you’ll care about YOU more than anything after a while.
