I remember an episode she was drilling them one morning before school on the *order* in which they had to eat the things in their lunch. Like they had to eat the vegetables first, then the sandwich, then they could have the fruit. She was yelling. It’s insane to think you can control how your kids eat their lunch while they’re at school.

Poor Collin was an easy mark for Kate, because he was tender and people pleaser. If you watch the show he was being picked on or reacting to the one picking on him a lot. To a narcissist he’s weak, and she could bully him and take out her anger. As he got older he shut down and wouldn’t “perform” that’s why he got sent away. Breaks my heart!!

People don’t understand that two kids can grow up in the same house and have two completely different childhoods. My sister got 90% of my mom’s time. They spent thousands of dollars on her activities. Buying her a 20000 dollar horse was just normal. I got one pair of cleats and shin pads for soccer from 14-20 years old
