Those taxes are already collected from us in four different settings first of all ; Mobile charges deducted from clients after they subscribe from our services , secondly from the billing systems we use too are deducted a fee per transaction . Thirdly when we renew service subscription to those so called Tier 1 ISPs (MTN/AIRTEL) , on top of that when disbursing our cash from the billing system still you guys deducte charges. Ain’t that already enough a reguIation alrdy…..!? At times I pity you Government conducting this system that it will be the Doom of you , no image you claim you have big debates as a country, yet you yourselves are limiting citizens from earning a living, then from whom and how will you collect revenue from someone that barely has……….? @Uganda parliament @uganda communications commission @nyombitembo
