2021 someone said to me “doesn’t mean (many) people appreciates you means you are good (at what you do). 5 years after, i joined a seminar it’s about being a good leader/manager/supervisor. never thought i get to share that comment to evryone and how it deeply lowered my self esteem and question my worth as an employee and as a person as a whole. I was nervous and shaking while sharing it. Cant believe it still haunts me til now. 🥺

accidentally ko nabasa yung convo ng pinsan at tita ko. they called me inggrata, walang mararating, malandi, so many harsh words. it stuck with me eversince, kaya never na ko naging genuine with them kasi dala dala ko yung mga sinasabi nila about sakin which made me think so less about myself.
