@jeremyfunctionalfit: New to kettlebells? You don’t need a full gym to start building strength. One or two kettlebells, a little space, and a handful of movements can go a long way. And if you’re just getting started, I’d actually encourage you to keep things simple. Learn the fundamentals. Get comfortable handling the weight. And focus on getting quality reps in rather than making every workout as exhausting as possible. Here’s a full-body kettlebell circuit to try: 5 Rounds // Rest as needed between rounds - 8x Swings - 6x Clean & Squat - 12x Overhead Press - 12x Alternating Rows (each side) - 10x Push-Ups - 4x Halo + Low Chop (each direction) WHAT WEIGHT SHOULD YOU USE? Suggested starting weights: Heavier kettlebell: 12-20 kg (26-44 lb) for squats, hinges, and rows. Lighter kettlebell: 6-12 kg (13-26 lb) for presses and halos. These are general starting ranges. Choose weights that challenge you while allowing you to maintain good technique. HOW TO MAKE IT WORK FOR YOU 👇 🟢 Newer to kettlebells? Start with 2-3 rounds. 👉 Rest as much as needed between movements. 👉 Use a lighter weight or simpler variation when necessary. 👉 Focus on quality reps rather than speed. 🔥 Want more of a challenge? 👉 Add another round. 👉 Increase the weight if your technique allows. 👉 Slow down certain movements or add a pause. 👉 Reduce rest slightly while maintaining good form. And remember, the focus isn’t to finish as fast as possible. It’s to get stronger and become more comfortable with the movements Save this workout for later! 💪 #kettlebellworkout #newtofitness #strengthtraining #circuit
