How effing stupid is this guy you could tell by the look on her face she had no idea what was going on. You could tell she has dementia on early onset. Alzheimer’s. Something was going on being a police officer and not noticing that means you should never be a police officer. The guy should be put in jail.

all officers should be fired for laughing and the other 2 officers should have known her medical conditions and lose their jobs forever and pay for all medical expenses and sit in prison for 30 year for senior abuse and breaking her arm and shoulder.
